Been here 3 times now. Love it. Very well cooked and wholesome hearty foods with generous portions. Very friendly service and kid friendly too. Lamb Mandi and lamb saqar are our top most favourites. And their chapatti is so so good.

Had the pleasure of dining here over the weekend. We were welcomed by the friendly staff and showed our table. The food was amazing. The servings generous and very tasty. I highly recommend Sahara. We will definitely be back.

It was my first time to have Somali food, it was so good.I usually don’t like lamb as it’s not what we eat in my country, but the lamb here was so nice and tender.Passion fruit mocktail was amazing too.I can’t wait to go back when I visit Melbourne again 3

Amazing food and service. Food portions were soo huge. We really enjoyed everything the cutlets were cooked to perfection it literally melts in your mouth. Loved the pasta and the chicken. Couldn't fault anything. Also tried the lemon mint drink, super refreshing. Beautifully decorated with a scrumptious menu! The lamb mandi had meat falling off the bone, the mixed platter was delicious and the creamy chicken pasta was heavenly. This place offers a mix of Middle Eastern and African cuisine. Will surely come here again!

Vimpto’s drink and Lamb Mandi main dish were excellent. Their service and hospitality were very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely come back to try another one of their dishes. If you’re a light eater, one dish for two is enough . The meat was plentiful and perfectly tender. Thank you!
